Today's gallery is a bit of an experiment - I shot this series of Zoe in near darkness and then ramped up the exposure and contrast in post processing. For you photographers out there, this is akin to the old-fashioned film technique called cross-processing. The idea was to create a posterized, grainy "film-noir" look - like something from an Elmore Leonard novel. Some of the shots look better than others, but I think Zoe was the perfect model for this - a bit wild and dangerous. I may have another set of these soon, but we'll be back to our normal look later this week.
